    Breakfast is a special time at home. It will be composed only of fresh, homemade products or local producers that we have carefully selected such as organic yogurts and cheeses from the farm of the village of St Julien de Briola, homemade cakes, the charcuterie of the village of Villemagne or even The bakery bread of the neighborhood baker … a whole program !

  •   Fresh bread in the morning.

    Yes, we could make our own bread … but the art of bakery is a real trade so let the master in the matter knead and cook with passion his good wands that we will offer you each morning barely out of the oven.

  •  Homemade pastry.

    Homemade tart, yoghurt cake, fig cake … the homemade pastry will embalmer the breakfast room after you wake up! A wide choice will be proposed according to season of course and according to the mood of the stove !

  •   Organic dairy products from the neighboring farm.

    We discovered the farm of Briola by visiting and discovering the surroundings of our region of adoption. That day, in the little meadow adjoining the farm, a cow was calving … the children remained hidden behind the old wooden door in order to observe this unexpected birth in our passage. Result: a nice little calf trembling on its fragile paws and kilos of cheese swept away to taste as well as 20 yoghurt. All you have to do is taste these products.

  • Colette’s jams.

    Imagine a beautiful orchard well stocked at less than 10km from La Villa and a nice Colette who makes her homemade jams with love … It gives envy then we implored to sell her jam, thank you Colette for your pots sweet sweet .

  • The deli of the local producer.

    This time, it was during Operation “From farm to farm” that we visited the workshop of family sausage of Villemagnol at a 20 km of Carcassonne. High quality products, we have fallen under the spell of these piglets.
