On the 1st floor of the Villa-Carcassonne, the Griotte room offers a large, perfectly oriented terrace with a magnificent view of the Medieval City of Carcassonne.
Its 35 m² are equipped with air conditioning controlled by remote control but also an ultra quiet ceiling fan.
A 160 cm King Size bed will welcome you for a sweet night’s sleep or to relax in front of the flat screen TV in your room. At the entrance a relaxation area is transformed into 2 single beds of 90 cm allowing to accommodate a family of 4 people.
This room has a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, but also the essential furnitures (towels, soap, shampoo).
A mini fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and chocolates will allow you to refresh yourself or have a snack while enjoying your sun-bathed terrace.
Griotte will obviously delight you for its terrace and its space!

Ideally located, at 400 m from the main entrance to the medieval city and 400 m from the lower town, La Villa-Carcassonne guest house offers 5 bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 15 people.
Outdoor swimming pool heated in season, air conditioning and private parking space make it a rare gem so close to the ramparts.
Rooms in the house offer a view of the ramparts of the medieval city of Carcassonne while the garden rooms, located on the ground floor, have a small terrace next to the swimming pool.
The breakfast offered is made up of fresh products, homemade or made by carefully selected local producers, both savory and sweet. If you are lactose or gluten intolerant : the products will be adapted. In the breakfast room or in the garden in the shade of fig trees … you will enjoy !
